My path to conscious creation

I believe that every human being has access to an infinite source of inner clarity, love & strength – my path is to guide people toward it.

Even as a child, I sensed that the greatest force in this world is unconditional love. Despite completing a business education and graduating from high school, I always carried a deep longing to explore the meaning of life and understand why I am here.

My first encounter with QiGong & the path of Budo

In 2016, I had a profound spiritual experience during a QiGong seminar. I discovered an infinite space of love & true joy within myself – along with a deep inner calling to share this gift with the world.

Around the same time, I began training in Bujinkan, a Japanese martial art of the Ninja & Samurai, & thus stepped onto the path of Budo.

Training in China: Zhineng Qigong & the Power of Self-Responsibility

In 2018, I travelled to Chengdu, into the sacred mountains of the Daoists, to complete a three month training to become a Zhineng Qigong teacher. There, I experienced what it truly means to be happy – regardless of external circumstances.

I realized that I alone am responsible for what I have, what I do, & who I am.

The training was intense: daily from 7 AM to 9 PM, with only short breaks. In addition: group practice & 1:1 sessions. The experience left a deep and lasting impression on me. I also travelled to the island of Hainan in China to become a QiGong healer. There, I learned how to support people in activating their self-healing abilities & harmonising their energy systems through individual treatments.

Coaching & Communication - A deep-dive training journey

In 2022, I began an intensive journey into personal development and communication. After several transformative weekend seminars, I enrolled in a two-year training program in 2023 focused on impactful coaching, interpersonal leadership & effective communication. During this time, I was trained as a professional coach and discovered my passion for forward-focused coaching. I learned to see people as whole, powerful, and fully capable – just as they are. As a head coach, I led large coaching teams with over 20 colleagues, facilitated weekend courses, and worked directly with program leaders.

Today, all of my knowledge, experience, & essence flow into my method:

My approach is intuitive, deep, & highly individual. I combine mental clarity with physical awareness. Everything that arises is welcome & can be integrated.

It’s not about analysis, but about experience. My core belief is: You already have everything you need. Sometimes, it is just hidden from your own view.
